The Permanent Supportive Housing Program offers assistance to women aged 55 and older who are physically or mentally disabled and have experienced chronic homelessness. Residents are integrated into a structured program that counteracts the disruptions of both homelessness and disability through the assurance of permanent housing and appropriate supportive services.

Residents are provided with a furnished apartment, food, toiletries and extensive case management. Residents are also encouraged to participate in educational and volunteer opportunities.
